Unpacking gendered roles across the seaweed value chain in Samoa using photo elicitation methods

This study explored the perceived roles of women and men in the Samoan seaweed value chain. The findings from the photo elicitation activity and the focus group discussions were analysed by gender, and
our results show the division of roles (actual and potential) across two seaweed value chains as perceived by men and women in the villages.
