The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme is a guestworker program that enables people from Timor Leste and nine Pacific Island countries to work in Australia on temporary visas. This research report is centred on the experiences of people participating in the PALM scheme regarding reproductive justice. Reproductive justice includes three primary principles: (1) the right not to have a child; (2) the right to have a child; and (3) the right to parent children in safe and healthy environments. Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and sexual and gender based violence (SGBV) are key issues under the reproductive justice framework.
