The Toksave Pacific Gender Resource has partnered with colleagues at Massey University’s School of Management to extend our reach and enhance sharing of knowledge. A project team at Massey University lead by Professor Jane Parker has been examining issues relating to gender equality and representation of Maori and Pasifika women in the Aotearoa (New Zeeland) public service. The research outputs are available on Toksave here and here. The project team is part of the Massey People, Organisation, Work and Employment Research (MPOWER) group, which is a cross-institutional network with a research focus on the management of people in the workplace with a view to empowering people and organisations to perform. Learn more about the MPOWER network here.
