In collaboration with the Council of Regional Organisations of the Pacific, the (CROP) Women of the Wave network is honoured to feature Governor Lourdes “Lou” Aflague Leon Guerrero as our featured guest of the Women Leaders of the Region.

This moderated “talk story” event will promote insightful discussion with Governor Leon Guerrero, the first woman elected as Governor of Guam. Speaking from her experiences as a Chamorro nurse, businesswoman, former senator, governor, mother, daughter, and sister, Governor Leon Guerrero will share her experiences in navigating political and community leadership, as well as the role gender has played in these experiences.
