On Saturday 18 March, 2023, through the Vital Voices Global Mentoring Walk, mentors and mentees will come together to walk in their communities, sharing challenges and solutions and forming supportive bonds that foster growth, confidence and leadership. Every year over 100 mentors and mentees walk together through Suva, Fiji before the event concludes with breakfast and a panel discussion.

This year, Toksave Pacific Gender Resource, through Pacific Women Lead at SPC, is sponsoring this event. The panel discussion this year will include Dr Margaret Mishra, Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of School at USP, who will discuss her experience working to build Toksave from its conception and the resource’s growth to date. The panel will also include speakers from government and civil society.
