The U.S. Embassy New Zealand Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce an open competition for organizations interested in submitting proposals to conduct a survey resulting in a messaging campaign strategy for raising awareness of mis and disinformation in Samoa, Cook, and Niue.
