In a world of urgent climate transitions, the role of climate knowledge brokers who translate science into innovation and practice is critical. However, the lived experience, knowledge and expertise of Global South, or majority world leaders within the disability rights movement are frequently excluded. Reflecting on the urgency of climate change and the challenges of exclusion, this practice note
outlines priorities for development practice that emerged in an open and inclusive Tok Stori, a story telling based on lived experience dialogue. This practice note reflects a mutually respectful listening and exchange from different standpoints in development practice.
