Pacific peoples are currently excluded and underserved by our current university system. Change is urgently needed if universities will deliver on their promises to Pacific communities and their obligations to government funders. While there has been significant research into the type of change needed to meet these goals such as pedagogical shifts, knowledge inclusion and population matching and parity goals little is known about how Pacific peoples advocate and action change within universities. This chapter engages in talanoa with twenty-four Pacific women representing 216 years of collective knowledge in change making in our universities to begin to understand how Pacific women advocate and enact change in our universities.
